You can return order within 14 days after delivery. After cancelation the customer has another 14 days to return the product(s). The customer will be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product is for the customer’s account.
We always ship with tracking information. We are able to see whether the shipment arrived at its final destination. We are insured for missing packages. Damaged packages needs to be examined by photos and it depends on the conditions. If it’s visible that it is out of customers control, then we will send a new item.
