Materials

We are strongly committed to use only certified sustainable materials for manufacturing of our products:
Cashmere: The (GCS) cashmere is sourced from ethical farms in Inner Mongolia, carefully and regularly monitored to ensure the best living standards of the animals. All fibre is traceable to a specific region and down to the individual cone. The yarn supplier is a member of SFA (Sustainable Fibre Alliance) & ICCAW.
Wool: sourcing the finest wool with the highest standards for sustainability. The yarn supplier is a member of Woolmark and certified by the Responsible Wool Standard (RWS).
Yak: From the highest plateaus of the Himalaya mountains, from semi-nomadic herding communities, with warmth that protects at sub-zero temperatures, the yarn has been sourced partnering with SHOKAY. Leap Concept commit that 1% of the yak yarn revenue returns towards the independently run Community Fund.

Environment

The yarns are dyed, spun and engineered with the environment in mind, ensuring there are no harmful chemicals used in the production process and being conscientious that pollution is not leaked into the water or air.

The dyes used are certified by multiple bodies, including meeting the standards by OEKO-TEX, INTERTEK and REACH. In addition, the dyes used have high absorbency and its effectiveness directly leads to less water and energy consumption.

Manufacturing

Fair and ethical production is always Leap Concept's top priority, which is why the Corporate and Social Responsibility of its garment supplier is verified by Sedex and BSCI. Furthermore, their ISO 9001 certified quality system ensures production of premium quality products.

State of the art, STOLL flat knitting technology, is used to sustainably produce the knitwear products having the best quality and performance. And lastly, Leap Concept sustainable mission wouldn’t be complete if the brand doesn't pay attention to all the details. All the labeling and packaging materials used are made of 100% (GRS) recycled materials and FSC certified.

Transparent Supply Chain

Even if at Econess, we are looking for local brands, we fell in love with Leap Concept's honesty, sustainability and transparency. The brand has a full visibility and control on its supply chain, maintaining close relationship with all of its suppliers, starting from the farms in Inner Mongolia, all the way to the yarn, garment and packaging suppliers. Leap Concept makes sure that all of their suppliers are working according to the highest industry standards and hold international certifications for their business practices.

RETURNS

Leap Concept has 14 days return policy, meaning that you need to send your returned item/s within the next 14 days after you received your purchase in order to be eligible for a refund. Your returned item must be unused, clean and in the same condition that you received it (please be aware of jewelry snags or makeup stains), in the original packaging with its tags and labels.
Once your item is received, the brand will inspect it and we will let you know if your return is approved or not. If it is, we will refund the full value of the goods using the same method as your original payment. Please note that we will not refund the original shipping cost and that we cannot refund international duties and taxes.

EXCHANGES
If you are interested in a different size, color or style, please return your item to Leap Concept and proceed to purchase the new piece.

All items go through a quality control before they are shipped. In case you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately at info@econess.store. Please note that any claim requires that you have not used the item inappropriately.
