Orders from ECONESS are shipped either direct from us or shipped direct from the designers so please note that orders may arrive separately and take a note where items ship from in the product description.
We have included where products now ship from in the product description to help customers understand if they might be subjected to custom’s fees. We would suggest looking up your individual country’s terms for accepting incoming packages, especially if you are order between the UK and EU as rates may vary country to country.
Shipping time differs based on the product, but normally orders are delivered between 5 business days.
As products may be shipped separately, we offer standard delivery with the following shipping costs:
From the UK:
£3,99 to UK customers.
£13,60 to EU customers.
£13,60 for the rest of the world.
£7,90 to EU customers.
£17,00 to UK customers.
£27,00 for the rest of the world.
HOW DOES BREXIT IMPACT MY ORDER FROM THE UK TO EUROPE?
PLEASE NOTE – customs and VAT will be incurred. We are working hard to calculate this but changing regulations means it’s quite hard to do so at the moment so please write us if you are a European customer.
ECONESS is not responsible for custom’s fees, these must be handled by the individual customer. Note that orders that are not more than €150 (£135) are free of customs duties.
You may be required to provide additional information to the courier when your order arrives. This varies per country/region and will be updated regularly. We suggest checking with your local country’s latest import fee rules before placing an order as we are unable to calculate exact customs fees due to the changing nature of this!
Greece – Your local tax ID must match the name on your passport
Italy – Fiscal ID code is needed for orders over 150 EUR. Please note, leather goods may take slightly longer to clear Customs
Germany – If your return is over 1,000 EUR, please contact Customer Care for assistance
Portugal – National Tax ID and proof of purchase will be requested
Spain – Fiscal tax ID and proof of purchase for purchases over 150 EUR
SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES FROM THE UK – NO DUTY UNDER $800!
Up to $800 in goods will be duty-free
Any additional amount, up to $1,000, in goods will be dutiable at a flat rate (3%).
SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE WORLD FROM THE UK – CUSTOMS FEES
Please note that we do not cover custom’s fees on orders to the rest of the world and we suggest checking what fees will look like for importing into your country from the relevant shipping country before placing an order just to make sure you are comfortable with whatever import duty will be incurred!
EUROPEAN UNION SHIPPING:
There are no customs fees or tax charges on orders for all destinations in the EU. Shipping will normally take between 3-5 business days.
SHIPPING FROM EU TO THE UK:

Customers will be responsible for paying local taxes and import duties at destination.
Unfortunately, as it is different from one country to another, we cannot estimate these charges or any possible delay. In case of doubt, we encourage you to contact your local customs office.
ECONESS USES NORMALLY CARBON NEUTRAL SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS.
Online orders are processed and shipped within 5 working days. We ship internationally and delivery times can vary. Any orders placed over the weekend or during public bank holidays will be processed after the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 7 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
Please note that for orders shipping internationally there is likely to be a customs charge upon arrival of your package that is determined from country to country. The courier will be in touch with you directly to facilitate that payment. For our American customers, note that you can order up to $800 worth of items without incurring any customs. For our European customers, you will now incur custom’s fees on orders that depends on the origin of the item you are ordering. However, orders that are not more than €150 are free of customs duties. ECONESS is not liable for these custom’s fees.
PLEASE NOTE - we do not offer free returns!
This is because we want to avoid carbon emissions as much as possible.
ECONESS will issue a refund to the original form of payment for the return of full priced merchandise with the following details:
- All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition with all original tags attached. This includes swimwear which has to also have it’s protective lining still in place.
- Panties cannot be returned or exchanged but bras can be with their tags on.
- Socks and tights cannot be returned or exchanged once taken out of their packets. Swimwear can only be returned if the protective linings are still in place and tags are still on.
- Beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened. Perfumes cannot be returned once their outer or plastic packaging has been opened. Make-up cannot be returned if the protective seal has been broken. If beauty items are sold with no protective seal that is broken upon opening, they cannot be exchanged or returned unless damaged during transit.
Refunds are issued once merchandise has undergone a quality control check and will be issued in original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We accept returns or exchanges for unworn jewellery only.
ECONESS may refuse any returns that do not comply with our conditions stated above.
Your return request must be received within 14 days from the date you received your shipment to get a full refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
PROCESSING A RETURN
Please note that we do not offer free returns! To avoid carbon emissions as much as possible.
To process a return, please follow the following steps:
- Email email@example.com, including your name and order number to request a return’s form.
- Print and fill out the return label and place it with the items you wish to return. Our return mailing address is on the bottom of the form.
- Send the item back via any tracked mailing service you prefer.
Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue a refund or web credit for the items as you specify. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified via email when your return package is received and your refund or web credit has been processed.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
