Sustainability

For Avani, the durability of a product means doing the best at every stage of its life cycle, from its manufacture to its end of life, including its use. This is why: 

• The styles have been designed without zippers and only with buttons in natural European materials to avoid plastic.
• The fabrics do not contain elastane or other mixed synthetic fiber, to avoid polluting the wastewater through the washing machines.
• The garments are mono-material to allow maximum and effective recycling.

Materials: We only work with materials of natural origin and that come from Europe. 
Dyes: We only use so-called “low-impact dyes”, which do not contain heavy metals, corrosive agents or other toxic products. They require much less water, less rinsing and work at lower temperatures (30°C vs. 100°C for traditional dyes).
Suppliers: We select our suppliers according to a common ethic: as demanding and competent as they are aware of the social and environmental responsibility incumbent on them. They focus on responsible use of resources (recycling, waste minimization, alternative energy sources, etc.) and on the respect and well-being of their employees.

And because it means a lot to the brand to preserve regional know-how, all of the creations have been designed and produced within a 250 km radius of its showroom in Geneva. 90% of the styles are made by Laurie and Nath, in their workshop in Marcollin, near Lyon. The remaining 10%, the wool sweaters, are made in Roanne.
In addition to reducing its carbon footprint, less transportation allows the brand to promote the local economy, to conduct ongoing quality control and permanently communicate with its artisans.

Returns

If you are not happy with your order or if it’s not the right size or color, you can exchange or return the item(s) within 14 days from the date you received your package. You can’t exchange your purchase for an item with a different product code.

Any items being sent back for exchange must be received in their original condition – undamaged, unused, unstained and unwashed.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to our headquarters and we bear the cost of shipping the new package to your home.

Returns are made in the form of a refund to your original payment method. We do not refund any original shipping charges.

Return packages may take a few weeks to be delivered to Avani's headquarters in Switzerland. Once your package has arrived, please allow 5-10 working days for your return to be processed. We’ll let you know by email as soon as your refund has been processed, or once your exchange has been shipped back out to you.

Send us a message at info@econess.store, with your order number, a description of the issue (if there is one), whether you would like to return or exchange the item(s) and the new size/color in case of exchange.
2. Mail the package with the item(s)
Please pack your item(s) securely in the original package if possible. You can use the shipping service of your choice to return your item(s) to the following address:
