This biodegradable non-slip yoga mat has a pure rubber underside to grip the floor and provides a naturally sticky jute and rubber mix on top. The fabric gives a highly durable, tactile and pleasantly natural surface to work on and the rubber gives superb grip.

Care Instructions
Keep your mat aired well. Sweat does not sit on the surface creating slippery puddles, as on plastic mats, as the natural rubber breathes absorbing moisture. Wiping the mat down with a damp cloth will keep it fresh and dust free: doing so prior to practice will provide an extra grip if core strength has not yet developed. Freshen it in the shower or through a short cool machine wash. A small amount of detergent is sufficient. Roll up in a large towel to absorb excess water or drip dry. Do not spin or tumble dry. Avoid contact with oils and store out of direct sunlight as both these will aid degradation of the rubber.
