At Econess Store, we really love this skincare line because of its quality and sustainable principles.

The products are formulated, trialled and manufactured in the same lab/production centre, located only about twenty minutes away from Westwell Wines, the vineyard that provides them with the waste material the grape extracts used come from.

As a result, they have easy access to both of them, knowing exactly what goes into the products and how the magic happens. They literally see the process all the way through from seed (vine) to bottled product!

The production and formulation of the products has taken over a year to perfect but we know that we have now done everything we can to create the very best and more effective formulations. As well as the formulation and production of the products we put another entire year into development and research to look into the scientific evidence there is for each active ingredient we use and the best way of combining it to achieve maximum potency.

RETURNS

Possibility to return the product within 14 days on the condition of obtaining prior authorization from the brand. We must, in fact, ensure that the products will be returned in their original packaging and have not been opened because otherwise they are no longer usable.

The product must be sent back in the original packaging with the same method of shipment. As the package should be returned by the same carrier that took care of the delivery. We recommend that you keep the proof of deposit in case of an incident occurring with your package during the shipment back to our office.
