NAE stands for No Animal Exploitation.

We love that the name basically carries the brand's mission, which is:

Proposing an animal-friendly and ecological alternative against human exploitation. Nae Vegan's shoes are manufactured in certified and ethical factories in Portugal.

The brand was actually founded by a personal need and duty of reducing the horrific impact on animal lives. And the focus is not only on being cruelty-free but also as sustainable and as high-quality as possible.

Nae Vegan's Ethical Code is:

Cruelty-free, no animal exploitation

Sustainable, by daily reviewing their 360 sustainability commitments and producing in a way that minimizes waste, energy, water, resources and chemicals

Ethical, by ensuring ethical work conditions in their local factories 

Returns

In case of default product, Nae Vegan has 2 years of guarantee. The company tries first to repair. If no reparation is possible, then it will be replaced with the same product. If the same product is no longer available, you will be refunded. For damaged (with factory fault), we will organize and pay for the return. If the customer want to return for an exchange (size or model) or for a return because he/she doesn't want the product, the customer has 14 days to do so and must send the product to the warehouse in Lisbon.
