The high-end cork sustainable bag brand with handmade vegan bags and handbags made from cruelty free and eco friendly materials.

Murmali's most important source are the cork-tree forests of the South of Spain and Portugal, from which they take cork, the material that makes all their handbags unique. As cork fabric is created from the raw bark of the cork trees, natural patterns are preserved, making each handbag different from one another.

The collections are designed in London and made in a family workshop located in the district of Portalegre in Alentejo, Portugal. This allows Murmali to benefit from the tremendous eye for detail of their craftsmen, Portuguese artisans renowned for the excellence of their high-end cork work, making each product unique!

The brand is involved with their artisans every step of the way as they visit its factory diligently and have built a personal relationship with its manufacturing partner. A true involvement in the creation process to ensure integrity along the process. Every single design is also tested against wear and tear. That is how they ensure the handbags are as functional and resistant as they are unique.

That is why each handbag is also a guarantee of quality. Composed of carefully selected natural materials, some bags require nearly four hours of manufacturing and eighty assembly steps.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return(s)/exchange(s) of online orders that must be returned within 14 days from the day you have received your order.

Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery, and/or insurance, as MURMALI is not held responsible for any lost returns.

Merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be:

New, unused, and in perfect condition.

Inclusive of all original hangtags, dustbag, branded packaging must be accompanied by the original box with all protective packing materials inside and components at the time of return or exchange. This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state.

You must first contact us by providing us with the order number and reason for the return/exchange at info@econess.store

We will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA) and the nearest warehouse address where you can return your order. Pack and seal your return securely making sure to indicate your RA number clearly on the package when you ship it back to us. This will allow us to track your return, which has been sent in the original package if possible, or any other package available.
