All returned items must be in new and unused condition with the original packaging. Returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
If the product has a defect, you can of course return it within 14 days from the day of the reception of package and get a full refund.
Send us your return request to email@example.com please. We'll review the request ASAP. We may ask you for pictures of the irregularity.
Attention: if you are returning the goods from outside the EU take note of the following, please:
- Add a paper inside the package with all your details (full name, address, phone number, email) and the order number
- In order to avoid import expenses, please, add an envelope taped ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE with the following documentation:
- Copy of the invoice attached when receiving the goods and handwrite “RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE”
- Completed Customs documents (thecourier company that you choose for returning the goods will provide you them)

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please, allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
In case you decide to exchange the product for another color or model, email us and then, please follow the steps in Returns and then proceed to a new online order to ensure the quickest service and that the exchange item you need is in stock.
